The Salvador Caetano Group, acquired 75% of the capital of the Multimoto Group, thereby strengthening its presence in the mobility sector and its diversification strategy in the Iberian market.

Founded in 1989, the Multimoto Group is now a leader in the import, distribution, and sale of motorcycles, scooters, four-wheel vehicles, and other mobility-related products, operating actively in Portugal and Spain. With a portfolio of internationally recognized brands and a solid network of partners, Multimoto has been consolidating its position as one of the leaders in the two-wheel sector.
